1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between the registered driver or transport company (“Partner” or “You”) and FH Transfer (“We,” “Us,” or “the Platform”), a digital booking platform connecting passengers with third-party transportation providers. By registering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms.

2. Scope of Services

FH Transfer operates solely as an intermediary, offering a digital platform where passengers can book transportation services. FH Transfer does not own or operate vehicles and is not responsible for the execution of transport services. The Partner is fully and solely responsible for carrying out the booked transfers.

3. Registration and Onboarding

  • You must provide accurate, up-to-date personal and company information during registration.
  • Required documents include but are not limited to:
    • Valid driving license (for each driver)
    • Vehicle registration and inspection certificates
    • Insurance documents covering the driver, vehicle, and passenger liability
    • Company registration documents (if applicable)
  • Background checks may be performed to verify professional integrity, driving history, and legal compliance.

4. Partner Obligations

You agree to:

  • Maintain clean, safe, roadworthy vehicles at all times
  • Ensure all vehicles are adequately insured and comply with local legal and technical regulations
  • Only assign drivers who are professional, licensed, and authorized to operate the relevant vehicle
  • Treat all passengers with respect, professionalism, and courtesy
  • Arrive at pick-up points punctually; repeated lateness may result in removal from the platform
  • Keep your availability calendar accurate and updated to avoid booking conflicts
  • Carry a mobile phone with internet access to receive real-time booking updates from the platform

5. Booking Acceptance and Fulfillment

  • Once you accept a booking, you enter into a binding agreement to complete that journey
  • You are responsible for monitoring your dashboard, email, and/or SMS notifications regarding new bookings or updates
  • No subcontracting is allowed without prior written approval from FH Transfer
  • You must wait at least 60 minutes for airport pickups and 15 minutes for regular pickups unless otherwise specified
  • In case of unforeseen delays or emergencies, you must notify both FH Transfer and the passenger immediately

6. Cancellations and No-Shows

  • Driver-initiated cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time
  • Cancellations with short notice or without valid reason may result in:
    • Penalty fees
    • Reduced booking priority
    • Temporary or permanent suspension
  • No-shows (driver not arriving for a confirmed booking) will not be tolerated and may lead to immediate termination

7. Pricing, Commission, and Payment

  • The fare visible to the customer is set by FH Transfer
  • A commission (usually 10–15%) will be deducted from the total fare
  • Payment will be transferred to your registered bank or PayPal account on a weekly or monthly basis
  • You are responsible for issuing valid invoices where required by law
  • FH Transfer may delay payment if disputes or complaints are under investigation

8. Quality Assurance and Feedback

  • FH Transfer regularly collects customer feedback to ensure service quality
  • Repeated low ratings or negative feedback may lead to reduced visibility or removal from the platform
  • Mystery rides or periodic audits may be conducted to evaluate your service

9. Insurance and Legal Compliance

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that:
    • Your vehicle(s) are properly insured for passenger transportation
    • All local transportation laws, including tax regulations and licensing, are followed
    • You indemnify FH Transfer against any claim arising from accidents, injuries, or damages during a ride

10. Confidentiality and Data Protection

  • You may receive customer contact details (name, phone, flight info) solely for the purpose of fulfilling the booking
  • You agree not to store, reuse, share, or sell any passenger information
  • All data must be handled in accordance with GDPR and local privacy regulations

11. Independent Contractor Status

You acknowledge that you are not an employee or agent of FH Transfer. This agreement does not create a joint venture, partnership, or employer-employee relationship. You operate as an independent service provider.

12. Termination of Agreement

FH Transfer may terminate or suspend your access to the platform with immediate effect if:

  • You violate these terms
  • We receive multiple verified complaints
  • You engage in misconduct, fraud, or illegal activity
  • You fail to maintain the required licenses or insurance

You may terminate your account at any time by giving written notice. Outstanding payments will be settled during the next payout cycle.

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
