FH Transfer operates a digital platform for the brokerage of airport transfers and other passenger transportation services.
Through our platform, customers can book transportation services online. FH Transfer acts exclusively as an intermediary by connecting customers with carefully selected, independent, and licensed transportation providers who are solely responsible for carrying out the requested passenger transportation services.
Our services include, in particular, the provision of the online booking platform, the coordination and brokerage of transportation requests, communication between customers and partner companies, and additional support services related to the booking process.
Notice Regarding Transportation Services
FH Transfer is a digital booking and brokerage platform and is not a taxi company or passenger transportation operator.
All transportation services advertised or booked through our platform are provided exclusively by independent, licensed partner transportation companies. FH Transfer does not operate vehicles or perform the transportation services itself.
The execution of the transportation service and compliance with all applicable legal requirements, including passenger transportation regulations, are the sole responsibility of the respective partner company providing the service.
